Book Look: Presto!

I finally found a copy of Little Golden Book's version of Disney/Pixar's Presto!
This latest animated short from Pixar Animation is the funniest yet because it is really an homage to the Golden Age of Animation. The slapstick humor and simplistic storyline really make this an enjoyable cartoon.
The Little Golden Book version offers great artwork by Teddy Newton who is one of the talented artists that has worked on various Pixar films and shorts.

New Retro Golden Books

Disney and Little Golden Books are still pumping out great looking storybooks.
The artists are harking back to the retro 50's and 60's styles when illustrating these films and shorts.
Keep an eye out for Disney/Pixar's Presto and the upcoming film Bolt .I've already found a copy of Bolt, and if the film actually had a visual style as the book, I might actually want to see it. Just my own personal opinion of all the similar looking CG films that Hollywood is pumping out.
