Here's one of my SPEEDY GONZALEZ brush inkings for LOONEY TUNES licensing. Below is the "before" pencil art. I'm not sure who did the pencil art originally. If any of my former Warner Bros. Consumer Products character artist co-workers know, please let me know!

Just ordered the newly-released FOGHORN LEGHORN & FRIENDS DVD! All 15 cartoons are offered in both full-screen and wide-screen options. One of the "FRIENDS" cartoons is THE HONEYMOUSERS in "Cheese It, the Cat!". Looking forward to this one!

I never understood why the executives at Warner Bros. felt it necessary to create the awful LOLA BUNNY (Space Jam) as a love interest to BUGS BUNNY when HONEY BUNNY (above) already existed!

Saw this on-line...it's a crochet pattern for a large ELMER FUDD afghan. They used the detail of one of my ELMER FUDD LOONEY TUNES Licensing inkings on the pattern. Looks good!

PIGS IN A POLKA - MERRIE MELODIES PUBLIC DOMAIN DVD PENCIL ART

Here's another piece from one of my public domain DVD insert projects. This was done for a cartoon compilation release that featured the 1943 Warner Bros. Merrie Melodies cartoon, PIGS IN A POLKA. The cartoon was produced by Leon Schlesinger and directed by Friz Freleng. I submitted this pencil layout to the project's art director for approval, then completed the final color art. MIGHTY MOUSE & FRIENDS - PUBLIC DOMAIN DVD INSERT ART

Just found this as I was going through one of my files. It's the 8 1/4" x 11 3/4" original art that was used as the insert art for a DVD release of MIGHTY MOUSE & FRIENDS. The DVD featured public domain cartoons of MIGHTY MOUSE, PORKY PIG, LITTLE LULU and others. I did this for East West DVD of North Hollywood, CA in 2006. BUGS BUNNY & THE TASMANIAN DEVIL CEL

I don't recall ever seeing the "finished product", but here's a BUGS BUNNY and TASMANIAN DEVIL cel that I inked a few years ago for Ruth Clampett at Clampett Studio Collections. Measuring 16 1/2" x 20 1/2" framed, "You Dirty Devil" was rendered by Juan Ortiz with background by Hector Martinez. I think the cel turned out quite nice!
