Exclusive! The First Look At Fred Olen Ray's "Dy-no-mite!" Monster Flick SUPER SHARK ATTACK"

Honestly, you would think that this 'giant sea critter' phase would die out, eventually, but it doesn't, they just keep on a comin'.

I could really go on and on here about all the "Mega Shark", "Mega Piranha" and giant octopus flicks out there right now, but what's the point?

Everybody is really eating these types of movies up right now, so who can blame a guy like Fred Olen Ray, who is a huge monster movie buff, from wanting to add his own brand of movie to the genre?

As can be expected, "Super Shark Attack" follows in the footsteps of it's predecessors, with the foolproof formula of combining a huge man-eating sea creature, with tons of hot bikini-clad beauties, and a bunch of classic TV stars that we all grew up with.

Hey, if it worked for Debbie Gibson and Tiffany, it should work for Jimmie 'JJ' Walker (Good Times) and John Schneider (Dukes of Hazzard) right?

That is, if you can get past the fact that Walker is obviously being prompted to say "Dy-no-mite!", his catch phrase from his stand-up and sitcom days way back in the 70s, as many times as possible.

Hey, does anyone remember the "Dy-no-mite!" magazine from back then? Yeh, the phrase was that popular, second only to "Kiss My Grits!".

Okay, it was the 70s, we were a simpler people back then.

Okay, now let's get to the stuff you really want to hear about (the bikini girls? .... no!) the monster, or to be more precise, the giant shark that is going to gobble up all the bikini girls.

Ray really plays this one up, and according to the film maker, this "Super Shark" just isn't huge, oh no, he can come up on land and even fly ....... yes, fly if he wants to.

You think "Jaws" was hungry? "Super Shark" isn't waiting for the vittles to come to him, he is more of a 'self-serve' kind of predator.

Surely, it is easy to see that all of this is played tongue-in-cheek as a parody of all the 'killer sea monster' movies that have invaded pop culture over the past few years, and isn't designed to be taken too seriously.

It's all for fun.

As you can see from the photos Ray sent us, there are plenty of good looking ladies to look at while the giant shark is off digesting all the townspeople he ate and going 'number 2'.
