Inspector Gadget Champs Commercial (1987)

Back in 2006 I purchased this production cel of Inspector Gadget selling his collectible cups from Champs (KFC) Chicken. And yes, I have held onto a collection of those cups for the past 23 years. lolI finally came across the original commercial that ran locally in Manitoba, Canada way back in 1987.

Although I'm guessing here judging by the art & animation style, I believe that the commercial was created by local animator Cordell Barker who went on to direct popular National Film Board animated shorts "The Cat Came Back" (1988) and "Strange Invaders" (2002).
