According to a recent post on his blog, the creator of Ren & Stimpy, John K would like the opportunity to create some new Looney Tunes material for Warner Bros.http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/2008/08/wb-pitch.html
But don't fear Looney Tunes fans, not actual cartoons but wrap-around animation for new television packages featuring everyone's favorite wabbit, duck, hunter, pig, roadrunner, coyote etc...etc... It's an interesting idea but will Warners think so?
