New Frontier Screenshots
I was fortunate enough to obtain an early copy of the new Warner Premiere DC Animated Movie, Justice League: The New Frontier late last week.
The film's awesome look and story is based on Darwyn Cooke's award-winning graphic novel of the same name.
The film has a PG rating so it it is allowed to take a step beyond what we are used to seeing on the Justice League animated series and that's not a bad thing.
Here are some screenshots in no particular order to keep those of you waiting for this release wishing that the Feb.26th release date would get here sooner.Even a certain Wascally Wabbit makes an appearance in the new film! (not the whole frame...)

Lucky Rabbit Decorative Figurine
I was snooping around the local Disney Store today and came across a very awesome Oswald the Lucky Rabbit figure. It was an instant purchase. The figure stands roughly 12" and the packaging is excellent as well. Made especially for collectors no doubt, the box has an easy-to-open top which makes it rather easy to slide out the form holding the figure. There's a brief Oswald history on the back of the box and the foam is covered with a nice golden material. $44.50 CAN, but worth the money indeed.
Hungry Cat
One of my all time favorite animated segments from Sesame Street.
Any idea who animated this scene?

More Tunes Trivia
Canada's Version of Boomerang?
Canadian animation lovers have more choice for classic cartoons on television.Teletoon Retro launched back in October of 2007, but more and more, the classic cartoon station seems to be taking a step in the right direction.
http://www.astralmedia.com/en/television/specialty/TT_retro/default.idigitUnlike the original Cartoon Network (CN) from the US, Teletoon Retro airs Looney Tunes cartoons. Some are edited, some are not. With great classics such as The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show, The Porky Pig Show, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Bullwinkle & Rocky, Fat Albert, Rocket Robin Hood, who could ask for anything more?Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a cable provider that doesn't have this station part of their package. I may just have to switch so I can watch classic cartoons again...

Looney Trivia Calendar
I thought I got rid of this long ago. I was digging through a box from the closet and came across my copy of Gene Shalit's Looney Tunes Trivia Calendar: A 2001 Year-In-A-Box Calendar.
There are a lot of great bits of trivia dealing with the history of Termite Terrace, and the classic career of the looney tunes gang.I've posted a bunch of questions which I found to be rare pieces of information that should intrigue loyal fans. Have fun.
